In the art world of illustrating children's books, using different techniques such as watercolor can have a great effect in attracting attention and conveying story concepts. The present study aims to analyze and evaluate the effect of using watercolor technique in illustration and page layout of children's books. This research is particularly focused on the book "Leonardo the Monster Whom No One Fears" by Mo Willems. The purpose of this research is to investigate the role of watercolor in creating an attractive, soft and fictional atmosphere for children and how it affects the reader's understanding and emotions. For this purpose, the content analysis method was used as a research design. The statistical population of the research includes works of illustration and page layout of children's books with watercolor technique. The research tool is to examine the content of the book using analytical and descriptive methods. The results showed that the use of watercolor in the illustration of this book has effectively created a soft, dynamic and harmonious atmosphere with the concept of the story, which has a great impact on the child's emotions. Also, the layout of the book has attracted the child's attention and strengthened the concept of the story by creating a suitable balance between the image and the text. Finally, the research showed that the watercolor technique, especially in children's books, is an effective tool for conveying story messages and creating an imaginary world. در دنیای هنر تصویرسازی کتاب‌های کودکان، استفاده از تکنیک‌های مختلف مانند آبرنگ می‌تواند تأثیر زیادی در جذب توجه و انتقال مفاهیم داستانی داشته باشد. پژوهش حاضر در پی تحلیل و ارزیابی تأثیر استفاده از تکنیک آبرنگ در تصویرسازی و صفحه‌آرایی کتاب‌های کودکانه است. این تحقیق به‌ویژه بر کتاب “لئوناردو هیولایی که هیچ کس از او نمی‌ترسید” اثر مو ویلمس متمرکز است. هدف از این پژوهش بررسی نقش آبرنگ در ایجاد فضایی جذاب، نرم و داستانی برای کودکان و چگونگی تأثیر آن بر فهم و احساسات خواننده است. برای این منظور، از روش تحلیل محتوا به‌عنوان طرح پژوهش استفاده شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل آثار تصویرسازی و صفحه‌آرایی کتاب‌های کودکانه با تکنیک آبرنگ می‌باشد. ابزار تحقیق، بررسی محتوای کتاب مذکور با استفاده از شیوه‌های تحلیلی و توصیفی است. نتایج نشان داد که استفاده از آبرنگ در تصویرسازی این کتاب، به‌طور مؤثری فضایی نرم، پویا و هماهنگ با مفهوم داستان ایجاد کرده است که تأثیر زیادی بر احساسات کودک دارد. همچنین، صفحه‌آرایی کتاب با ایجاد تعادل مناسب بین تصویر و متن، توجه کودک را جلب کرده و مفهوم داستان را تقویت نموده است. در نهایت، پژوهش نشان داد که تکنیک آبرنگ به‌ویژه در کتاب‌های کودکانه ابزاری مؤثر برای انتقال پیام‌های داستانی و خلق دنیای تخیلی است. /downloadfilepdf/226993
